Recipe 7

Beet Salad

1cup curd
1/2 kg Beet
2 Green chillies
2 tablespoons coriander cut in small pieces
Salt to taste
You have to boil Beet in pressure cooker.Then let it come to normal temperature.Remove skin from Beet.Then cut Beet in small pieces.Add curd.Then cut green chillies in two pieces.Then cut it in middle.Add it to curd.Then add Beet and salt.Then add coriander.Then serve.

Recipe 6

 

Badami Halva
1 cup Tafqueer/ Araroot
3 cups sugar
5 cups water
10 gm Saffron 
10gm almond
1 teaspoon elaichi (optional)
1 teaspoon Ghee

Mix all together & put it on high flame and heat.Add saffron.Cook until mixture becomes thick enough to stick on your spoon with which you are moving it and sides of pan are dry because of mixture.Add elaichi,almond and 1 teaspoon ghee.Pour it out in plate and cut in to pieces when cold.

Recipe 5

Coffee Pudding

3 cup Milk
3 teaspoon instant coffee powder
6 teaspoon sugar 
1 packet of gelatine
Mix milk,coffee powder and sugar with spoon.Then taste it to see if it is properly sweet.You have to refrigerate it so it has to be more sweet.Use 1 pack of gelatine you have to get 1/2 cup of boiling water and mix gelatine in it.Then mix it in coffee mixture and put it in refrigerator's freezer compartment.

Recipe 4

Caramel pudding

3 eggs
3 breads
2 cup milk with cream
12 teaspoons approximately
1teaspoon vanilla essence
for caramel 2 teaspoon sugar
Use an aluminum pot for caramel.First put 2 teaspoon sugar in that pot then sprinkle some water on it.Then put that pot on gas.As soon as the liquid starts turning brown.You have to spread it in pot so that there will be small layer of  brown liquid in the pot.Then let that layer get cold.Then you have to mix all remaining ingredients.If you have egg bitter use it to mix them.Then taste it for sugar.It has to be sweeter.Because caramel taste will be bitter.Then put this mixture on caramel.Then use pressure cooker.Put aluminum ring on bottom and put water until that ring is inside it.Then put mixture on it.Then put cooker on gas on high flame.Don't use whistle.When you see steam from the place where you normally keep your whistle, you have see clock and has to keep it on gas for another 15 minutes.On high flame only.Then remove it from cooker.Let it turn into normal temperature.Then put it in refrigerator and serve it cold.

Recipe 3

Egg curry

6eggs
2onions
2 tomatoes
1teaspoon chilli power
1/2 teaspoon turmeric power
1teaspoon any type of garam masala
2 tablespoon paste of garlic and ginger
Coriander for dressing
2 tablespoon oil
First sliced onions and tomatoes.Then first make paste of onion and tomatoes separately.Put pan on gas and heat the oil. First put paste of onion on gas and stir it until it turn little pink.Then put paste of  tomatoes in pan for sometime.Then add ginger garlic paste.Then put chilli power,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt in it.Then add 3 cup of water and boil it.Then one by one break eggs in that puree like you break for omelet.Now don't stir it much because you break those eggs.Just move your spoon slowly around them so that they get mix with puree.Then let boil.Put coriander on it. If you like thick puree,you can also add grated coconut.

Recipe 2

Prawn Pickle

2 cup salted Prawns
2 teaspoon chilli Powder
1 teaspoon turmeric Powder
1teaspoon asafoetida(hing)
1teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon oil
Half lemon
Heat pan with oil.Then add mustard seeds.Then keep water near you.Add asafoetida.Then add chilli powder,turmeric powder.Then immediately add water before those powder will burn.Then add prawns.Boil it until Prawns are cooked.Then cut the lemon and add juice of half lemon.After that check the taste.If salt is needed and some salt.

Recipe 1

Spinach and Paneer
2 onions
1 tomato
1teaspoon chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1Inch ginger
2green chilies
250 gms
2 bunch of spinach
salt to taste
Put spinach in pot and boil it properly.Then when it turned in normal temperature.Put it in Mixer and make a pulp.Make pulp of onion on Mixer.Then put tomato,chopped ginger,green chilies in Mixer and make pulp.Heat some oil in pan.Then put onions in pan.Let them turn pink.Then put tomato's mix in it.Then put chili powder and turmeric powder in it.Then add Paneer.After some minutes and Spinach and water in it.Then add salt to taste.
