Recipe. 20 Chocolate Wadi

  


Chocolate Wadi

4 cup milk with cream buffalo milk

3 cup sugar 

3/4 cup ghee

1 packet of Cocoa powder of blue bird 



100 gm walnuts 

 First mix all ingredients except walnuts. When you mix them properly put them on gas & keep moving batter then grind walnuts on mixer. Then add walnuts to mixture on gas too. Keep moving it until batter doesn't start to stuck on corner of pot. Then take one plate apply little ghee to it. When you feel batter is dry enough spread it on that plate use one steel cup to spread batter in plate by applying ghee on its backside. Then immediately cut that batter in small square shapes with knife. When you sense it's dry cut those square shapes properly with knife.

Recipe 19. Chicken noodles

Chichen noodles 


 

Two packets of Maggie noodles 

Three pieces of boneless chicken or you can remove bones or you can bones too

Two pieces of lavag (cloves)

One part out of one badiyn ( Star Anise)

Two small chopped onions

Two medium chopped tomatoes 

1/4 teaspoon tumeric

One teaspoon paste of garlic ginger

Mix chicken with tumeric garlic ginger paste then boil in in cooker. Just take noodles out of packet we don't need other ingredients. Then cook them as per instructions. Then use some pot which have net to remove all water from them. Then add some oil add onions let them become brown. Then add tomatoes. Then cloves star anise. After it add noodles then add salt to taste.

Recipe 18. Dry Chicken




Three pieces of boneless chicken or you can remove bones or you can bones too

Small half teaspoon of khas khas

Two pieces of lavag (cloves)

Two part out of one badiyn ( Star Anise)

Two small chopped onions

Two medium chopped tomatoes 

1/4 teaspoon tumeric

One teaspoon paste of garlic ginger

Small tablespoon of curd


First mix chicken in tumeric curd past of garlic ginger. Then boiled mixture in cooker. Then put pan on gas add ghee. Then put chopped onion after it cloves, star anise, khas khas until onion colour doesn't become pink then add tomatoes mix them for sometime too. When children get boiled mix it. Then finally put corriander & salt. Salt should be added carefully as per taste.

Recipe 17


                  Chicken Dal fry

100 gram toor dal or pigeon pea

1 onion

1 tomato

1 tablespoons chopped ginger

7-8 curry leaves

2 green chillies

1/2 spoon hing

2 small boiled pieces of boneless chicken

1 teaspoon black mustard seeds

2 tablespoons ghee

1/2 spoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste


First chopped onion & tomato in small pieces. Then add it to pigeon pea. Put it in pressure cooker boiled with pigeon pea. Then keep it a side. Put pot on gas add ghee them add curry leaves custard seeds then chopped ginger then hing after it put boiled chicken pieces with knife so that they will get separate then add them add turmeric powder mix it properly then it mix then add pigeon pea which you have boiled according usal process with water & onion & tomato. For more gravy add water then add salt. Let it boil. Then taste it.

Recipe 16.



                                      Besan Laddoos

Besan or gram flour 1 kilo

Powdered sugar 1/2 kilo

Ghee 1 cup

Nutmeg 1

Anise 10

Almond 20 gram

Keep Pan on gas start gas on slow flame add ghee by spoon by spoon then add cup by cup Besan keep moving it until it doesn't turn light brown when it turn light brown remove first cup but besan in plate then add another cup of besan do this for entire besan then cup almond in some water put it on gas keep that way until water don't boil them remove then remove skin of almond cut it in horizontal way then add sugar to Besan when it turn to normal temperature grant Nutmeg & Anise add them in Besan add almonds too then try to make round balls if you can't make then add more ghee but remember they must turn in small balls

& I tell you one thing unofficially if it doesn't turn out round ball then you can put it in plate & eat like you normally eat it just confirm sweetness of powdered sugar & don't refrigerate it.

Recipe 15


Tomato's Sar

6 chopped tomatoes
2 green chillies
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafetida (हींग)
2 tablespoons ghee
1 /2 teaspoon turmeric powder
4 teaspoons sugar
Little coriander
Salt to taste

Boil chopped tomatoes. Put pot on gas and heat ghee. Then add green spices first then add cumin seeds Asafetida must come last since it burns quickly . Then add boiled tomatoes. Then turmeric powder. Add sugar. Then all water 3 cup water approximately according to thickness of puree you like. But don't make it too thin since it start to reduce taste. Then add salt and coriander in it. Serve it hot with rice.

Recipe 14


Salad of boiled vegetables

800 grams curd
200 grams corn
2 big capsicums or 3 small capsicums
1 small cauliflower or 2 cucumbers
2 tablespoon chat masala
1 tablespoon chilli powder
4 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste

Boiled all vegetables except cucumbers. Then mix all spices in curd even salt. Taste that curd it must taste to your satisfaction or you have to change accordingly. Then when vegetables come to room temperature you can add them and serve with spicy food.
