Recipe 15


Tomato's Sar

6 chopped tomatoes
2 green chillies
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafetida (हींग)
2 tablespoons ghee
1 /2 teaspoon turmeric powder
4 teaspoons sugar
Little coriander
Salt to taste

Boil chopped tomatoes. Put pot on gas and heat ghee. Then add green spices first then add cumin seeds Asafetida must come last since it burns quickly . Then add boiled tomatoes. Then turmeric powder. Add sugar. Then all water 3 cup water approximately according to thickness of puree you like. But don't make it too thin since it start to reduce taste. Then add salt and coriander in it. Serve it hot with rice.

Recipe 14


Salad of boiled vegetables

800 grams curd
200 grams corn
2 big capsicums or 3 small capsicums
1 small cauliflower or 2 cucumbers
2 tablespoon chat masala
1 tablespoon chilli powder
4 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste

Boiled all vegetables except cucumbers. Then mix all spices in curd even salt. Taste that curd it must taste to your satisfaction or you have to change accordingly. Then when vegetables come to room temperature you can add them and serve with spicy food.

Recipe 13



Onion and capsicum parathas

2 Onions
2 capsicum
2 teaspoon chat masala
1 1/2 teaspoon chilli power
1/2  teaspoon turmeric powder
200 gm wheat powder
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste, little butter

Cut onions in small pieces then grate capsicum to create small pieces. Then mix both add chat masala chilli power tumeric power. Then mix floor. Then start to heat oil when add hot oil in mixer slowly with spoon. Then slowly start to create batter be careful when you add water to it since due to onion it slowly start get wait. Then create 12 ball out of it. Then take each one slowly spread but be careful it must not stuck to plate. Then you can heat pan. Put it on pan. Spread little butter on each side. Then keep on pan until it don't get color which you see in picture. And serve it hot with curd.
