                                                            Lemon Pickle
First dry all lemons and cut lemons in four pieces and if they are not small enough then divide them into two. Then put all those lemon in pressure cooker and boil them. On other hand add one glass water in five glass sugar. They mix them while putting them on gas and boiling. Keep boiling it until that liquid become thick. For perfect thickness take one drop on finger then touch it with another finger. It should create one string. Then you can add lemons in it. Then add one teaspoon turmeric powder and five teaspoons chilly powder and one teaspoon Asafoetida (hind) and add salt to taste. Then keep it boiling for ten minutes do it on slow gas. So that puree will become thick then store it for four to five days. Remember one thing that when it is made it will be bitter but if you give it few days. You can have sweet taste but on each day you have to move whole pickle to get proper taste at least once.

Then after few seconds you can add dried grapes. Keep them until they change in color and get little fat. Then add turmeric power, chilli powder. Then add salt to test. It means you must taste that masala before adding next ingredient and if you feel you need more chilly add chilli power or less chilly then add sugar. Then finally add kurmura or cornflakes. If you are using kurmura then keep it on gas until it gets that crispy taste which you normally get. You can eat this with tea. It is easy to do and nice to taste.
