Recipe 9

             












        


              Pink Fantasy
1 packet strawberry  instant china glass
1 packet raspberry jelly
500 ml milk
250 water

Boil milk and then add instant china glass.Then mix it until all lumps go away.Then put it in plate and keep in refrigerator not in freezer.Wait till it get set properly.Then boil water and jelly mix in it.Mix it until all lumps are removed.When it is boil taste it.Many time 4 teaspoons sugar is required.Then when it taste proper.Wait until it turn to normal temperature.But be careful it shall not be set.Take the china glass out and pour that jelly on it.Put them in refrigerator not in freezer.Then let it set.

Recipe 8

















Leftover Idlis

20 Idalis
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon Everest Kitchen king Masala
1/2 teaspoon turmaric
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon Rawa
2 tablespoons chopped coriander

Mix 20 Idlis on mixer.Then they turn in to paste.Mix all remaining ingredients in that dough made on mixer.Then do small balls of dough.They put little oil on non stick pan.Then do shape of pattice.Then fry it until side turn brown and serve hot.
